Andrew "Nate" Dugas
Hospital Administrator Nate, son of Dr. Dugas, is our Hospital Administrator of twelve years. A Tallahassee native, Nate graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a BSBA in Finance, and from the UF Warrington College of Business in 2006 as a Master of International Business (although he remains a Seminole). Having worked at KAH in various capacities since he was 16 years old, Nate returned home after college to help his family manage the practice, eventually succeeding his mom, Cuca Dugas, as the Hospital Administrator in 2007. |
Randi Dugas
Office Manager Randi, originally from Ocala, is our Office Manager and Head Receptionist of ten years, Randi graduated from the UNF Brooks College of Health with a BSH in Health Science in 2009 and moved to Tallahassee later that same year. She is married to Nate Dugas, our Hospital Administrator. Together they have two children, Oliver and Miller June, as well as two dogs, "Tapanga," and "Porter Brown." |
Veterinary Technicians
Cathy Bondurant
Cathy has over 19 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, and is our longest tenured team member, having been with us for nearly 20 years! Cathy, originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, is a both a music lover and a talented musician who enjoys playing the acoustic, electric, and bass guitars. She has three dogs, "Eleanor Rigby," "Lennon," and "Penny Lane," in addition to four cats, "George," "Luca," "Tyson," and "Paul." |
Receptionists
Lea Bulmer
Lea, one of our part-time receptionists, has been with us since 2007 and has more than nine years of experience in the veterinary industry. Originally from Fort Walton Beach, Lea graduated from Florida State University in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Minor in International Affairs. She has two dogs, "RIley," a Labrador Retriever, and "Roxy," a Boxer, as well as a cat named "Mandy," |
Morgan Young
Morgan, another part-time receptionist, began working here as kennel technician in 2011 before gradually switching over to the reception area. She has more than eight years of experience working in the veterinary industry. Morgan obtained her A.A. Degree from Tallahassee Community College in 2015, and is also a certified yoga instructor. She has two dogs, "Lulu" and "Henry." |
