KAH COVID-19 POLICY
- WE ARE ASKING CLIENTS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENTS IF THEY:
- Have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or are sick.
- Have recently been outside the country or to a location where the virus is known to be prevalent.
- Have come into contact with someone who has the virus.
- WE ARE SEVERELY RESTRICTING DR. DUGAS’ PHYSICAL PROXIMITY TO CLIENTS.
- Due to his extensive and ongoing health concerns, Dr. Dugas will be unable to see clients inside our exam rooms, as they are quite simply too small to provide him with a safe working environment. He will, however, be more than happy to come speak with you outside.
- If you are dropping off, please keep your phone handy so Dr. Dugas may contact you with any questions or concerns he may have during your pet’s exam.
- WE ARE OFFERING SEVERAL “CURBSIDE” SERVICES, INCLUDING:
- Curbside pet pick-up and drop-off for your appointment.
- Curbside delivery of pet supplies, prescription medications, food, etc.
- Curbside payment for all goods and services (we will also accept payment over the phone).
- WE ARE FURTHER ENHANCING OUR CLEANING AND SANITATION PROTOCOLS, INCLUDING:
- Disinfecting all surfaces continuously throughout the day.
- Installing extra hand sanitizing stations throughout the hospital.
- Removing all communal bins, treat jars, magazines, pamphlets, business cards, etc.
