Andrew "Nate" Dugas
Hospital Administrator
Nate, a Tallahassee native and son of Dr. Dugas, has been our Hospital Administrator for nearly 14 years. Nate graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a BSBA in Finance, and received a Master's Degree in International Business from the UF Warrington College of Business in 2006. Having worked at KAH in various capacities since he was 16 years old, Nate returned home after college to help his family manage the practice, eventually taking over the role of Hospital Administrator in 2007.

Randi Dugas
Office Manager
Randi, originally from Ocala, has been our Office Manager and Head of Reception for nearly 13 years, Randi graduated from the UNF Brooks College of Health with a BSH in Health Sciences in 2009 and moved to Tallahassee later that same year. She is married to Nate Dugas, our Hospital Administrator. Together they have two children, Oliver and Miller June, as well as a Pit Bull rescue named "Porter Brown."
